Central Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Monkey Business Camp is a good local campground; an afternoon playing golf at Metropolitian Golf Links is always a delight. If you wish for a little side journey, try Dimond Canyon, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Edgewood Trail. Central Reservoir is a location with many visitors from San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont,       and Sandy Beach is a pretty beach to stop at. This lake is so wonderful. Executive Inn and Suites Oakland is a pleasant place to get some rest. The amount of rain that falls at Central Reservoir is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest month of the year is July. A great place to camp here at Central Reservoir is Trailer Haven, and if you're looking for a good visit, Golden Gate National Recreation Area is                  relatively near. So many enjoyable things to do here at Central Reservoir, too good to be true. Why not take a look at Brooklyn Basin if you're here, and dry warm beds await you at Bay Breeze Inn. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Central Reservoir, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 50's with temperatures at Central Reservoir dipping down into the 40's during winter nights. Lakes?
