If you like lakes and you're in this part of California you can check out Catfish Pond. For the period of the days of summer at Catfish Pond highs are frequently in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Catfish Pond. Any time is a pleasant time at Catfish Pond if you like the outdoors. And if that's not sufficient there's heaps more fun stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. There are wonderful places to look at along the Crooked Tree Trail. There's so much
to do here at Catfish Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Mill Valley Campground is a great site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Bonnie View Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything
Catfish Pond has to offer, you can camp at Bear Creek Campground. Going for a hike on the Milk Ranch Trail is always a fine adventure, and Summit Spring is an inspiring place to have a look at during your stay.
Just can't get
enough of the Klamath Mountains. Get covered with water paddling on Stony Creek, and Super 8 Motel - Upper Lake is a tremendous spot to get some rest.
