This lake is located in the wonderful Sierra Madre. This place, the Sierra Madre, has so much outdoors cool things. Charlie Canyon is a perfect site to have a look at close by, and Castaic Lake Dam is a stunning place. This lake is so wonderful. Castaic Lagoon gets very little rain; most of the rain falls during February, and the driest of the months is July. Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area is a       very perfect spot to explore in close proximity to Castaic Lagoon, and do take a hike on the Devil Canyon Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Castaic Lake RV Park is a delightful location to do that, and if you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Magic Mountain Area is a magnificent choice. The Warm Springs Necktie Trail offers hiking at its best, and drift down the rapids of Piru Creek in a kayak. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll                  have a thing about it here in the Sierra Madre. Camping at Valencia Travel Village is always a pleasant experience, and Days Inn Near Six Flags-Magic Mountain is a wonderful site to get some rest. At Castaic Lagoon all through the months of summer highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Castaic Lagoon dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Warm Springs Trail.
