Take a hike on the San Clemente Trail, and Alisal Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SALINAS is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Rattlesnake Creek Trail is good fun, and Espinosa Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. For the period of the warm months, highs frequently are in the 70's at Carr Lake,

| | and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Carr Lake.
There's whitewater on Carmel River for all you adrenaline people, and Sherwood Golf Course is a magnificent golf course nearby. Going for a hike along the Carmel River Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and if you get bored of Carr Lake you could also stop by close by Lagunita Lake. Best | |

Western Salinas Valley Inn & Suites is a fine spot to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay Monterey County Parks is a tremendous place to camp.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Here at Carr Lake there
are plenty of people from Salinas; Laguna Seca Recreation is a magnificent campground nearby. Carr Lake is a location that is reasonably dried out generally; all through the month of January you get the most rain around here, and August meanwhile is the driest month.
