You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Yuba River - South Fork, and camping at Carr-Feeley Campground is always a nice experience. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things close to Carr Lake. High temperatures at Carr Lake during the days of summer are in the 90's with overnight lows in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's, and through       the dark hours in the wintertime at Carr Lake temperatures dip to the 20's. So many entertaining things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada, too nice to be true. Hiking along the Crooked Lakes Trail is nice fun; float down the rapids of Fordyce Creek in a kayak. An average amount of precipitation falls at Carr Lake; the wettest month of the year is mostly January, that's the one that rains the most while July is commonly the driest month. Lots of people                  from Truckee-Grass Valley come to Carr Lake; if the weather is delightful, you obtain a tremendous sight of Fall Creek Mountain from Carr Lake. The slopes of Royal Gorge are so inviting noone can resist, and what would winter be without some skiing at Soda Springs. This lake is so wonderful. Carr Lake is right by the Round Lake Trail, and camping is available at Lindsey Campground. If you need a location to stay Deer Creek Inn is a great choice, and a quick tour to Alder Creek is certainly a good idea. Carr Lake is located in the Northern Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Do set aside some time for Loney Meadow if you're here at Carr Lake, and lakes are such calm places, why not stop at Feeley Lake. Man, is there lots of enjoyable stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
