So many enjoyable things in the Southern Sierra Nevada, just striking. Bullfrog Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Fort Independence Campground is a brilliant local campground, and you're in all probability into lakes, Charlotte Lake is one of those close by. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things near Bullfrog Lake. Glen Pass is a great place to take a look at close       by, and no need to travel far to visit interesting stuff like Kearsarge Pinnacles. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Sierra Nevada. All through the warm days of summer at Bullfrog Lake highs are frequently in the 70's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are usually in the 40's while Bullfrog Lake overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 20's. On a pleasant day at Bullfrog Lake you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 11; getting to Vidette Creek from Bullfrog Lake is uncomplicated. This lake is so wonderful. From Bullfrog Lake you acquire a great vista of East Vidette. There's so much to do here at Bullfrog Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Symmes Creek Campground is a good place for that. Not much rainfall falls here at Bullfrog Lake; through the month of January you get the most rain around here; the driest month is June.
