Budd Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. A good spot for whitewater paddling near Budd Lake is Tuolumne River, and there are great spots to discover along the John Muir Trail - section 1. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central Sierra Nevada. You can run the rapids of Tenaya Creek close to Budd Lake; don't leave Budd Lake without first going for a hike along the Gaylor Lakes Trail. There are other locations

Budd Lake gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; through the month of January you get the most rain around here, and July is the month with the least moisture. Lake Campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff near Budd Lake. Cathedral Pass is a fine site to discover, and a brilliant nearby hotel is dnc -- Wawona Hotel. Summertime at Budd Lake arrives with high temperatures
in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Budd Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Badger Pass
are so inviting noone can resist. There's so much to do here at Budd Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Tioga Campground is a great place for that.
