What a nice lake Buck Lake is. The annual rainfall here at Buck Lake is about average; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Summertime highs at Buck Lake typically tend to be in the 90's; the night is somewhat chillier of course, usually in the 50's. While you're here at Buck Lake you can take a hike along the Tanners Peak Trail; why not camp at Big Flat Campground since you're here at Buck Lake. Going for a hike along the Deacon Lee Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; whitewater paddling is great on Coffee Creek. This lake is so wonderful.
