It's always fun to stop by Brush Lagoon. The high level of rain makes Brush Lagoon a relatively wet place; the wettest month of the year is mostly January, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Badger Spring is always fun to check out. You might want to pay a visit to Caldwell Gulch while you're here at Brush Lagoon, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Inn Scotts Valley is a fine choice.

| | This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of San Lorenzo River close to Brush Lagoon, and Brush Lagoon is not the only place close by, Millpond Lake is a close by lake. If you're popping by Brush Lagoon from Santa Cruz-Watsonville, you won't be the only one, as expected you could also pop by Laguna del Sargento since you're here; it's not far at all. Any time is a nice time at Brush Lagoon if you love the outdoors. There is a great hiking trail in the vicinity | |

of Brush Lagoon called the Rincon Fire Road Trail, and a round of golf at nearby De Laveaga Golf Course & Lodge is a delightful way to kill some time. The Santa Cruz Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful.
A brilliant close by hotel is The Capitola Inn, and Brush Lagoon is nice enough to spend more than a day at, New Brighton State Beach is a nice local campground. This location, the Santa Cruz Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting
stuff. San Lorenzo River is a tremendous whitewater spot near Brush Lagoon. There's so much to do here at Brush Lagoon that you need to camp here for a while, Kennolyn Camps is a great place for that. So many cool things to do
in the Santa Cruz Mountains, not enough time. A splendid vista of charming Sugarloaf Mountain is available from Brush Lagoon, and while you're here, you could pop by Amaya Creek. Summertime highs at Brush Lagoon typically tend to
be in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are typically in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 40's to Brush Lagoon.
