    If you are in this part of California make sure to pay a visit to Brown Bear Lake. Camping at Mosquito Flat Campground is always a tremendous experience, and nearby you find the Sherwin Lakes Trail which is a good hiking trail. Through the warm months, highs generally are in the 70's at Brown Bear Lake. Summer night lows drop down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are typically in the 40's while Brown Bear Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout  
   the wintertime are in the 20's. So many amusing things to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada, too magnificent to be true. Going for a hike on the Mammoth Rock Trail is always a pleasant adventure; unsurprisingly, this is a tremendous vicinity for people who like lakes, Bear Paw Lake is a lake close at hand.
This lake is so wonderful. A tour to Devils Postpile National Monument is recommended, and you can run the rapids of San Joaquin River - South Fork. You
 
               imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Mount Gabb is clearly visible from Brown Bear Lake, and a good location for whitewater paddling is Mono Creek. Dry warm beds await you at Mammoth Creek Inn; a magnificent spot close by is Italy Pass.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Rodeway Inn Sierra Nevada is a delightful choice. All year is a good time in the Central Sierra Nevada if you love the outdoors. Camping is available at Lake Inlet Campground, and the skiing at Mammoth Mountain is glorious. Brown Bear Lake is generally a rather waterless place; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is June.
