Go to Briles Reservoir if you want to go to a nice lake. At Briles Reservoir during the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's, and the overnight is rather colder of course, usually in the 50's. During the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Briles Reservoir. Stay the night at Cedar Pass Campground; hiking along the Crane Mountain National Recreation Trail is perfect fun. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors

Yep, outdoors cool things truly is bountiful here in the Warner Mountains. Don't leave Briles Reservoir without first paying a visit to Briles Spring, and Super 8 Motel - Alturas is a wonderful location to get some rest. Briles Reservoir is a glorious place to camp, Plum Valley Campground is a glorious place; if you're here why not have a look at Mulkey Canyon. | |

So much exciting stuff in close proximity to Briles Reservoir, clearly impressive. While you're here at Briles Reservoir, you could also go to beautiful Bishop Lake; do take a hike on the Highgrade Trail.
Briles Reservoir is
pretty dried out frequently; most of the snow falls throughout December; the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. It's a great idea to go to Ross Creek, it's in close proximity to Briles Reservoir; Fender Flat is right here at Briles Reservoir. Briles Reservoir is located in the Warner Mountains.
