Boulder Lake is a nice lake to visit. A typical amount of rain falls here at Boulder Lake; December is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Cub Wallow is a wonderful spot here at Boulder Lake, and there's whitewater on Trinity River for all you adrenaline people. Boulder Lake is a beautiful lake in the Klamath Mountains.

| | Campground is a pleasant local campground, and Ycatapom Peak is a peak you can see from Boulder Lake. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Klamath Mountains. Goldfield Campground is a brilliant campground here, and there are some fine whitewater spots on Coffee Creek. Do stop by Found Lake in the neighborhood of Boulder Lake, it's a picturesque lake, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Deacon Lee Trail.

to do close to Boulder Lake. A journey to Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is worthwhile. During the warm days of summer highs here at Boulder Lake get into the 80's with night lows in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Boulder Lake.
