Schindler Creek is a magnificent site to stop at, and a fine location to camp here at Borax Lake is M and M Camp Ground. You clearly have to fancy the Klamath Mountains. | | golf can be played at Buckingham Country Club. These mountains rock, just check out all the fun stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. Camping is available at Island Park, and dry warm beds await you at Lake Escape Resort. Indian Beach is close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. The Middle Creek Flat Trail is a fine hiking trail in close proximity to Borax Lake, and lots of people from Clearlake come here. Get drenched paddling on Big Sulphur Creek,
and if you need a location to stay Travelodge is a magnificent choice. Summertime highs at Borax Lake frequently tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 50's with temperatures at Borax Lake dipping down into the 30's during winter nights.
