This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Cache Creek, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Cadd Fire Trail. If you want to hit the beach,
Indian Beach is close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. The Middle Creek Flat Trail is a fine hiking trail in close proximity to Borax Lake, and lots of people from Clearlake come here.
Get drenched paddling on Big Sulphur Creek,
and if you need a location to stay Travelodge is a magnificent choice. Summertime highs at Borax Lake frequently tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 50's with temperatures at Borax Lake dipping down into the 30's during winter nights.
