Borax Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This is no location for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Schindler Creek flows through this neighborhood, and Gooseneck Point is close at hand and always wonderful to check out. There's whitewater on Big Sulphur Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Klamath Mountains will keep you coming back many times. Spend the day on the beach at Indian Beach

| | since you're here at Borax Lake, and camping is available at Island Park. This lake is located in the wonderful Klamath Mountains. Yeah, come up here to the Klamath Mountains for a wonderful time. A golf course in the vicinity of Borax Lake is Buckingham Country Club, and a good nearby hotel is Lake Point Lodge ClearLake Oaks. winter are usually in the 50's, and night lows at Borax Lake all through the winter commonly drop into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Borax Lake without first going for a hike along the Bucknell Trail; get your
heart beating on the fine whitewater of Cache Creek. This lake is so wonderful. There are glorious spots to explore along the Cadd Fire Trail; since you're here why not take a look at Chamisa Gap. If you need a site to stay Lake Escape
Resort is a perfect choice, and a magnificent place to camp here at Borax Lake is M and M Camp Ground. From a rainfall point of view Borax Lake is a reasonably normal place; the month of January is the wettest with most of the
rain, and July is when it's the driest. Good hiking is available along the Middle Creek Flat Trail, and this is a popular location for people from Clearlake.
