This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant journey to Willow Flat is a great way to spend an afternoon, and fine hiking is available along the Highland Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Pine Cone Acre Motel is a splendid place to get some rest, and a day       on the slopes of Sierra at Tahoe is just what you need. After a long day outdoors The Meadow is a nice place to spend a night or two, and Boomerang Lake is near Rockbound Pass which is positively worth going to. And that's not everything you can do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. You get a great panorama of Blue Mountain from Boomerang Lake, and camping is available at Pyramid Campground. If you love the outdoors, you'll love Boomerang Lake. If you like skiing,                  you're in luck; Homewood is near Boomerang Lake; you can go for a hike on the Red Peak Trail. Boomerang Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rain; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. Lakes are magnificent; Twin Lakes is a lake that's in the vicinity of Boomerang Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit American River - South Fork. So many entertaining things to do here at Boomerang Lake, too perfect to be true. High temperatures at Boomerang Lake during the summertime are in the 70's. Summer night lows drop down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Boomerang Lake. Just can't get enough of the Northern Sierra Nevada.
