This lake is so wonderful. Twin Lakes Beach is near Bonita Lagoon and is
a charming beach to visit, and you can run the rapids of San Lorenzo River. All the water falling down from the sky makes Bonita Lagoon a wet place; most of the rain falls through January, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Take
a look at close by Arana Marsh, and after a long day outdoors Ocean Gate Inn is a wonderful place to spend a night or two.
Hitching Post Motel is a splendid site to get some rest, and if the weather is great, you can go for a
hike along the Rincon Fire Road Trail. All through the long summer days at Bonita Lagoon highs are commonly in the 70's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Bonita Lagoon.
