This lake is so wonderful. No need to travel far to visit attention-grabbing stuff like Darwin Glacier, and camping at Blue Heaven Lake is wonderful fun, North Lake Campground is a wonderful local campground. For the duration of the long summer days, highs generally are in the 90's at Blue Heaven Lake. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's, and during the dark       hours in the wintertime at Blue Heaven Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. All year is a magnificent time in the Central Sierra Nevada if you like the outdoors. Blue Heaven Lake is a glorious location to camp, Sabrina Campground is a glorious location; in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kings River - Middle Fork. So much fun stuff to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada, too wonderful to                  be true. Some of the water nearby flows, like Darwin Creek, and whitewater paddling is nice on San Joaquin River - South Fork. Blue Heaven Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Blue Heaven Lake gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is January, and June is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the John Muir Trail - Pacific Crest Section is always a tremendous adventure, and if you're here, you might as well take a look at Lamarck Col. This spot is so good, just look at all the cool things to do near Blue Heaven Lake. If you get bored of Blue Heaven Lake, you could also go to nearby Bottleneck Lake; Bishop-Days Inn is a magnificent site to get some rest.
