     Bloody Lake is a location that is quite waterless generally; January is the month that gets the most rain while June is usually the driest month. Laurel Lakes is a great lake near Bloody Lake, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Mammoth Mountain. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Central Sierra Nevada has to offer. There are other places here than Bloody Lake, for example Ram Lake, and going for a hike  
   on the Sherwin Lakes Trail is always a good adventure.
Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Central Sierra Nevada is unbeatable! Why not camp at McGee Creek RV Park and Campground while you're here at Bloody Lake; a great nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn Sierra Nevada. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! Bloody Lake rules! You can run the rapids of Mono Creek near Bloody Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Mammoth Rock Trail. This lake is so
 
               wonderful. Cold Water Campground is a great local campground; you obtain a glorious view of Bloody Mountain from here.
This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at June Mountain in close proximity, and if you have the time, Devils Postpile National Monument is a national park worth a visit. A magnificent location for whitewater paddling near Bloody Lake is San Joaquin River - South Fork; if you need a site to stay Mammoth Creek Inn is a good choice.
For the period of the summer months at Bloody Lake highs are frequently in the 70's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Bloody Lake temperatures descend to the 20's. Bloody Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada.
