There's brilliant hiking along the Pigeon Roost Trail, and golf can be played at Camino Heights Golf Course. Blakeley Reservoir is located in the Northern Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Blakeley Reservoir, you could also go to pretty Mill Pond, and American River - South Fork has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby. Good hiking is available along the Nevada Point Trail; of course China Creek       is a striking stream that is worth a visit. You truly must have a thing about the Northern Sierra Nevada. Larsen Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and if you need a site to stay Albert Shafsky House Bed And Breakfast is a great choice. Man, is there plenty of entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Paddling on Camp Creek is so much fun, and Blakeley Reservoir is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Finnon Lake is a                  pleasant local campground.
