Blair Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. Paddling on Yuba River - South Fork is so much fun, and a wonderful location to camp here at Blair Lake is Chute Hill Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Walls Flat is a nice spot here at Blair Lake, and if you need a place to stay Dutch Flat Hotel is a tremendous choice.

| | Blair Lake, and do put some time aside to spend at Coleman Spring while you're here at Blair Lake. And if that's not sufficient there's a heap more entertaining things to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Drift down the rapids of Yuba River - Middle Fork in a kayak; camping at Shonter Hill Campground is always a great experience. Blair Lake usually gets much rainfall; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area near
Blair Lake has to offer. There's perfect hiking along the Humbug Trail; not far from Blair Lake you'll stumble on Diggins Pond which is a wonderful lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Blair Lake; Lafayette Ridge Trail is
a good local trail.
Now, you may believe that's heaps but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. You'll meet a lot of folks from Truckee-Grass Valley here, and a good location to go to is Eastern
Canyon. Summertime highs at Blair Lake typically tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 40's while Blair Lake overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's.
