The Central Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Birchim Lake reach the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Birchim Lake. Around       Birchim Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls during January, and the driest month is June. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Mammoth Mountain around here, and Birchim Lake is a fine location to visit for more than one day, Lake Inlet Campground is a fine location to camp nearby. Lakes are brilliant; Honeymoon Lake is a lake that's near Birchim Lake, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Sherwin Lakes Trail.                  Be careful coming to the Central Sierra Nevada, you might not ever wanna go back home again.
