This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit San Joaquin River - Middle Fork. This lake is so wonderful. There is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of Bingaman Lake called the John Muir Trail - section 2, and Mammoth Peak is clearly visible from Bingaman Lake. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Bingaman Lake; the month with most of the snow is January while June is mostly the driest month. Throughout the months of summer at Bingaman

| | Lake highs are commonly in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 40's with temperatures at Bingaman Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. If only every site had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great globe it would be. Stay the night at Tioga Campground, and get drenched paddling on Tenaya Creek. camp at Junction Campground; close by you discover the John Muir Trail - section 1 which is a great hiking trail. If you need a place to stay Yosemite Gateway Motel is a good choice, and lakes are such peaceful sites, why not stop
at Kuna Lake. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more cool things to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Dry warm beds await you at Heidelberg Inn, and skiing at June Mountain is one of those things you just should do. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Sierra Nevada.
