If       you came for an overnight stay Forbes Campground is a great place to camp, and if you're popping by from Truckee-Grass Valley, you won't be the only one. All through the summertime months here at Big Reservoir, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 90's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's; night lows at Big Reservoir through the wintertime regularly fall into the 30's.
