High temperatures at Big Laguna Lake through the summer are in the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are commonly in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Big Laguna Lake drop into the 20's. This location, the Santa Rosa Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Agua       Dulce Creek is a pleasant local stream, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the Monument Trail. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Santa Rosa Mountains. La Casa del Zorro is a great place to get some rest, and you're probably into lakes, Chula Vista Reservoir is one of those close by. Big Laguna Lake gets a common amount of yearly rain; March is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is June. There's so much to                  do here at Big Laguna Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Laguna Campground is a delightful location for that, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Oasis Spring. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 1 will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and if you've had enough of Big Laguna Lake, Little Laguna Lake is nearby. Everybody loves Filaree Flat, and hiking along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 2 is brilliant fun. That right there is heaps already, but it keeps on going; Big Laguna Lake has it all. If you came to camp Pine Creek Campground is a good site to do that, and Big Laguna Lake is in close proximity to Boiling Spring Ravine which is unquestionably worth visiting.
