If only every place had this much outdoors exciting things, what a great world it would be. If you need a place to stay Costanoa is a brilliant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Butano Ridge Loop Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and you can stay the night at Santa Cruz North / Costanoa KOA. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Santa Cruz Mountains, too nice to be true. While you're here

| | at Big Lagoon you can take a hike along the Alambique Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit San Lorenzo River. This lake is so wonderful. Pescadero Creek Inn is a good location to get some rest, unsurprisingly you could also have a look at Pomponio Reservoir if you're here; it's not far at all. At Big Lagoon all through the summer highs are in the 60's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 50's while | |

to discover everything Big Lagoon has to offer, you can camp at Butano State Park. All year is a splendid time in the Santa Cruz Mountains if you go for the outdoors. Hiking along the Ano Nuevo Trail is magnificent fun, and time spent
at San Gregorio Beach is always wonderful. You get a brilliant sight of Burns Chalks from Big Lagoon; Big Lagoon is not the only place nearby, Little Lagoon is a nearby lake. Some close by water includes Bloomquist Creek; Juan
Bautista De Anza National Historic Trail is a nice national park. Man, is there heaps of amusing stuff to do near Big Lagoon. Get soaked paddling on Pescadero Creek, and a pleasant trip to The Potato Patch is a splendid way to spend
an afternoon. The yearly precipitation here at Big Lagoon is about average; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
