Beville Lake is right by the Sheep Creek Trail, and obviously, this is a great region for folks who like lakes, Ranger Lake is a lake close at hand. Lakes are splendid; Crescent Lake is a lake that's near Beville Lake, and if you have time, Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park is a national park worth a visit. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Beville Lake that you need to       camp here for a while, Log Bridge Campground is a pleasant site for that, and the top of Ball Dome is easily made out from Beville Lake. Be careful coming to the Southern Sierra Nevada, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Beville Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Aspen Hollow - Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park is a great local campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the High Sierra Trail. The amount of rainfall that                  falls at Beville Lake is close to the national average; most of the rain falls during January, and July is the month with the least moisture. Having a great time at Beville Lake is uncomplicated. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Kaweah River - Middle Fork; do take a hike on the Don Cecil Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Kaweah River for all you adrenaline people. Since you're here at Beville Lake why not have a look at Crowley Canyon; if you need a site to stay Comfort Inn & Suites Sequoia Kings Canyon is a great choice. High temperatures at Beville Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are generally in the 40's while Beville Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's.
