A visit to Beartrap Lake is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Sierra Nevada is a brilliant place to spend a night or two, and in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mono Creek. site to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Beartrap Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lower Blayney Campground is a magnificent place for that. Summertime highs at Beartrap Lake generally tend to be in the
70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's; nighttime lows in the 20's for Beartrap Lake.
