Bear River Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Having a glorious time in the Northern Sierra Nevada is easy. Deer Valley is a pleasant site to stretch your legs a bit, and whitewater paddling is fine on American River - South Fork. High temperatures at Bear River Reservoir throughout the summertime are in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. at all. Bear River Reservoir sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly January, that's the one that snows the most while July is generally the driest month. On a perfect day at Bear River
Reservoir you can take a hike along the Hawley Grade Trail; a trip to Bear River Reservoir wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Ham Spring. If you need a spot to stay Pine Cone Acre Motel is a brilliant choice. And that's
