    Bear Lake is a lake worth visiting. Lion Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. There's so much to do here at Bear Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Overflow Campground is a great spot for that. There's some flowing water nearby, Bear Creek is a stream you can stop by while you're here, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Burnside Lake Trail. Bear Lake typically gets a large amount of rainfall; January is the wettest month  
   with most snow while July is frequently the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is good on Stanislaus River - Middle Fork; on a gorgeous day you obtain a good vista of Osborn Hill from Bear Lake. During the summer at Bear Lake temperatures are mostly in the 60's while night lows are frequently in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Bear Lake temperatures fall to the
 
               10's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Kirkwood while you're here, and Bear Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Alpine Campground is a perfect local campground.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Bear Lake. On a tremendous day at Bear Lake you can take a hike along the Charity Valley Trail, and gorgeous scenery and good skiing is what you acquire at Bear Valley. You should certainly have a look at Bloods Point while you're here at Bear Lake, and a lake nearby is Mud Lake. These mountains rock, just look at all the amusing things to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Bear Lake is in the neighborhood of Corral Gulch which is positively worth visiting; a great place like Bloods Meadow here at Bear Lake is too brilliant to miss.
