If you need a location to stay Best Western Yosemite Gateway Inn is a splendid choice, and if you came for an overnight stay Wishon Village is a pleasant place to camp. The warmest time of the year at Bass Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Bass       Lake are in the 20's. All the outdoors fun stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back many times. Take a hike on the Chilnualna Fall Trail. Bass Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. A great place for whitewater paddling close to Bass Lake is Willow Creek, and camping is available at Wishon Point Campground. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing things the area close to Bass Lake                  has to offer. Dry warm beds await you at Oakhurst Days Inn, and Graham Meadow is a gorgeous site any time of year. Bass Lake mostly gets a good deal of rain; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain; July on the other hand is the driest. Don't forget to stop at Wishon Cove if you're here at Bass Lake, and hey, Salter Creek is a great local stream. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central Sierra Nevada.
