You'll stumble on a beautiful lake called Rainbow Lake near Baby Lake; everybody close by loves skiing at June Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. The Sherwin Lakes Trail offers hiking at its best; dry warm beds await you at Bigwood. Baby Lake is a location that is relatively arid ordinarily; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain, and June on the other hand is the driest. | | here at Baby Lake. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Baby Lake. Baby Lake is right by the Red Mountain Trail, and since you're here, you could also visit pretty Bathtub Lake. The skiing at Mammoth Mountain is delightful, and Baby Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Vermilion Campground is a delightful local campground. again. There's tremendous hiking along the Mammoth Rock Trail, and Mono Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on San Joaquin River - South Fork is so much fun; a tremendous site to

Resort is a magnificent location to spend a night or two; Cockscomb is uncomplicated to spot from Baby Lake. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Baby Lake. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's.
For the duration of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's with temperatures at Baby Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights.
