    Do stop by Baby Lake while you're in this part of California. High temperatures at Baby Lake during the summer months are in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Baby Lake. Baby Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada. This place, the Central Sierra Nevada, has so much outdoors fun stuff. Devils Postpile National Monument  
   is one of the destinations in the vicinity of Baby Lake that are tremendous to go to, and Vermilion Campground is a tremendous campground here.
Have a delightful hiking adventure along the Red Mountain Trail; Cockscomb can be observed from Baby Lake. So many amusing things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada, not enough time. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Mammoth Mountain, and Baby Lake is right by the Mammoth Rock Trail.
 
               Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Baby Lake. Get wet paddling on Mono Creek; hiking along the Sherwin Lakes Trail is tremendous fun.
You'll find a beautiful lake called Bathtub Lake near Baby Lake, and you can stay the night at Upper Vermillion Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Juniper Springs Resort is a wonderful place to get some rest; the snow is splendid at June Mountain.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at 1849 Condos at Canyon Lodge, and float down the rapids of San Joaquin River - South Fork in a kayak. Around Baby Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is typically January, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is June.
