    Azalea Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Azalea Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. The warmest time of the year at Azalea Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and overnight  
   lows through the wintertime for Azalea Lake tend to be in the 30's. Buck Peak is stunning and can be observed from Azalea Lake, and Klamath River is a fine whitewater spot nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. Lonesome Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and you can go for a hike on the Low Gap Trail. People from Grants Pass love to come to Azalea Lake, and you can run the rapids of Indian Creek Klamath Tributary.
This lake is so wonderful.
 
               There's pleasant hiking along the Horse Camp Trail, and camping at Fort Goff Campground is always a great experience. A magnificent place to camp here at Azalea Lake is Cook and Green Campground, and a nice spot like Bee Flat here at Azalea Lake is too great to miss. And that's not all you can do here at Azalea Lake. If you fancy a little side tour, try Bean Gulch, and glorious hiking is available along the Boundary National Recreation Trail.
