California has many beautiful lakes and Avocado Lake is one of them. It is very arid here at Avocado Lake mostly; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest month is July. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Avocado Lake. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Avocado Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Some of the water

| | nearby flows, like Fish Creek, and if you need a spot to stay Kingsburg Swedish Inn is a good choice. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Sierra Nevada. You assume that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. If you came to camp River Bend Mobile Home Park is a brilliant spot to do that; a golf course nearby is Sherwood Forest Golf Course. hiking trail in the vicinity of Avocado Lake called the Deep Creek Trail; you should certainly dedicate some time to Tivy Valley if you're here at Avocado Lake. On a pleasant day at Avocado Lake you can take a hike along the Bobs
Flat Trail, and Avocado Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Lakeridge Camping and Boating is a great local campground. All year is a glorious time in the Central Sierra Nevada if you have a thing about the outdoors.
After a long day outdoors Best Western Americana is a delightful place to spend a night or two, and you can run the rapids of Kings River. This lake is so wonderful. Little Dry Creek is a great whitewater spot next to Avocado Lake It's always good to visit White Tank Spring.
