Lake los Serranos is a fine lake in the neighborhood of Arnold Reservoir, and since you're here you can take a hike along       the West Fork Trail. Lakes are such serene sites, why not stop by Puddingstone Reservoir close to Arnold Reservoir, and the snow is delightful at Mountain High. Arnold Reservoir is usually a pretty waterless spot; the wettest month of the year is commonly February, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is July. After a long day outdoors Ayres Suites Diamond Bar is a good spot to spend a night or two; you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Heaton Flat Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Arnold Reservoir is a pleasant place to visit for more than one day, East Shore RV Park is a pleasant place to camp nearby; hiking along the Fern Canyon Trail is magnificent fun.
