Apollo Lake is a perfect location to visit for more than one day, Lower Blayney Campground is a perfect location to camp nearby, and close by you discover the Sherwin Lakes Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. You're probably into lakes, Orchid Lake is one of those close by, and Devils Postpile National Monument is one of the destinations that are great to explore close by. Float down the rapids of San Joaquin River - South Fork       in a kayak, and there are great places to discover along the Red Mountain Trail. These mountains rock, just explore all the cool stuff to do in the Central Sierra Nevada.
