So many enjoyable things to do in the Klamath Mountains, not enough time. A good spot for whitewater paddling close to Angel Lake is Salmon River; there's tremendous hiking along the Garden Gulch Trail. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Klamath Mountains. Spring Flat Campground is a fine campground nearby, and the Deacon Lee Trail offers hiking at its best. For the duration of the summertime at Angel Lake temperatures are usually in the

| | 90's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's while Angel Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 30's. unsurprisingly, this is a delightful region for people who like lakes, Summit Meadow Lake is a lake around here. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Angel Lake. Don't leave Angel Lake without first going for a hike along
the Tanners Peak Trail, and if you need a place to stay Baymont Inn & Suites Yreka is a good choice. Angel Lake is a wet place that gets much rain; December is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is July.
