Angel Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs mostly are in the 90's at Angel Lake; the overnight is fairly chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are generally in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Angel Lake. Don't leave Angel Lake without first going for a hike along the Tanners Peak Trail, and glide down the rapids of

| | Salmon River in a kayak. Now, you may believe that's heaps but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Klamath Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Garden Gulch Trail. There's so much to do here at Angel Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Indian Scotty Campground is a great site for that.

Angel Lake a wet place; most of the rain falls during December; the driest month is July. So many amusing things to do at Angel Lake, so little time. There's delightful hiking along the Deacon Lee Trail.
Angel Lake is located
in the Klamath Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm places, why not visit Buzzard Lake in close proximity to Angel Lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Scott River offers some great whitewater.
