Ambrose Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range. Through the warm days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Ambrose Reservoir, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. For       the period of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Ambrose Reservoir are in the 10's.
