The Southern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Everybody loves Higgins Flat. For the duration of the summer here at Adin Summit Pond, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's, and night lows at Adin Summit Pond through the wintertime mostly sink into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Adin Pass is       a great site to stop by nearby, and a great place to camp here at Adin Summit Pond is Upper Rush Creek Campground. Schaffer Mountain can be made out from Adin Summit Pond; camping at Lower Rush Creek Campground is always a brilliant experience. Adin Summit Pond gets very little rain; December is the month that gets the most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
