This lake is so wonderful. Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is a glorious national park, and a beautiful lake like Poison Lake is a good place to go to. For the duration of the warmest time of the year here at Adams Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Adams Lake. So many fun things to do here in the

| | Klamath Mountains, too tremendous to be true. Coffee Creek is a good whitewater spot in close proximity to Adams Lake. There is a fine hiking trail right next door to Adams Lake called the Tanners Peak Trail, and nearby Crosby Gulch is a splendid location to go. Man, is there heaps of fun stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. Why not camp at Trail Creek Campground while you're here at Adams Lake, and Rush Creek Lake is a tremendous lake nearby. A perfect | |

place to camp here at Adams Lake is Big Flat Campground, and from Adams Lake you acquire a good view of Coyote Peak. Any time is a splendid time at Adams Lake if you adore the outdoors. On a wonderful day at Adams Lake you can
take a hike along the Deacon Lee Trail, and a tremendous spot for whitewater paddling is Salmon River - South Fork. This lake is one of the great places here in the Klamath Mountains. The annual precipitation here at Adams Lake is
about average; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that rains the most; July is when it's the driest.
