     This lake is located in the wonderful Central Sierra Nevada. Really good skiing awaits you at Badger Pass; Clark Range is delightful and can be seen from here. From a rain point of view Adair Lake is a rather typical site; January is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is July.
This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the Clouds Rest Trail, and dry warm beds await you at The Ahwahnee. Adair Lake is in a great location
 
   in the shadow of the Clark Range, and you can run the rapids of Merced River - South Fork. You absolutely must go for the Central Sierra Nevada. Red Peak Pass is next to Adair Lake and is a brilliant place. There's so much to do here at Adair Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Tenaya Lake Campground is a magnificent spot for that.
These mountains rock, just check out all the cool stuff to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. Not far from Adair Lake,
 
               you'll stumble on Obelisk Lake which is a wonderful lake, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Half Dome Trail. So much enjoyable stuff to do at Adair Lake, so little time. Hiking along the John Muir Trail - section 1 is splendid fun, and Adair Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Upper Chiquito Campground is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful. There are other locations here than Adair Lake, for example Red Devil Lake, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Tenaya Creek.
This spot is unbeatable, just check out all the entertaining things to do in the neighborhood of Adair Lake. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby June Mountain. A visit to Yosemite National Park is worthwhile; if you need a spot to stay dnc -- Wawona Hotel is a good choice. All through the warmest time of the year, highs mostly are in the 80's at Adair Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are typically in the 40's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Adair Lake descend into the 20's.
