It is very arid here at Whiskey Reservoir frequently; the wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains the most, and June is the month with the least moisture. Take a hike on the Many Skulls Trail, and a brilliant place close by is Cattail Wash. Just can't get enough of the Chuska Mountains. Black Pinnacle Campground is a great campground here, and if you're looking for some flowing water?       Try Coyote Wash. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Black Rock Trail, and camping at Whiskey Reservoir is pleasant fun, South Shore Campground is a pleasant local campground. Just can't get enough of Whiskey Reservoir. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn. Have a good hiking adventure along the Many Ladders Trail, and Navajo Land Days Inn is a wonderful location to get some rest. Whiskey Reservoir is one of the lakes here                  in the Chuska Mountains. High temperatures at Whiskey Reservoir through the summer months are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
