And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do right next door to Twin Lakes. Lakes? Sure, Power Line Reservoir is close by; Twin Lakes is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Wishing well Trailer Court is a nice site to camp nearby. Quail Ridge Estates is a brilliant local campground; don't leave Twin Lakes without first going for a hike       along the Cargodera Canyon Six Trail. Good hiking is available along the Samaniego Ridge Seven Trail, and let's not forget Chirreon Wash which is a stream that you may stumble upon while here. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by Chalk Reservoir; golf can be played at The Preserve Golf Club at Saddlebrooke. Miraval Resort is a good place to get some rest, and there's great hiking along the                  Canada del Oro Four. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 100's to Twin Lakes, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. Highs all through the wintertime are frequently in the 60's while Twin Lakes overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 30's. Around Twin Lakes you don’t get a lot of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
