Sycamore Reservoir is ordinarily a reasonably arid site; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and May on the other hand is the driest. If you need a spot to stay Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is a brilliant choice; Sycamore Reservoir is right by the La Milagrosa-Aqua Caliente Trail. After a long day outdoors Canyon Ranch is a good location to spend a night or two, and Sycamore Reservoir       is a place with many visitors from Tucson. This lake is so wonderful. While staying at Sycamore Reservoir you could always explore Palisade Canyon, and Sycamore Reservoir is not the only location close by, Lower Rose Canyon Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. The view of Gibbon Mountain from Sycamore Reservoir is picturesque, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Bear Canyon Trail Twenty-Nine. Hiking along the Crystal Spring_Butterfly                  Trail is great fun, and playing golf is lots of fun at Arizona National Golf Club. The slopes of Mount Lemmon Ski Valley are so inviting nobody can resist, of course you could also check out Rose Canyon Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. There's so much to do here at Sycamore Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Camp whispering Pines is a fine site for that. That right there is plenty already, but it continues; Sycamore Reservoir has it all. Sycamore Reservoir is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Molino Basin Campground is a tremendous local campground, and a tour to Seven Cataracts will fill your soul with nice feelings. For the period of the warm months here at Sycamore Reservoir, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 100's, and through the night it cools down to the 70's.
