Why not stop by Sunrise Lake if you're passing through these parts. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Sunrise Lake has to offer, you can camp at A One Lake Campground, and do take a look at White Mountain Reservoir, it's a beautiful lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Mogollon Rim Mountains. Becker Creek is a great local stream, and Kessay Spring is an inspiring place to stop at during your stay. You get

An average amount of rain falls at Sunrise Lake; during July this area sees the most rain, and June meanwhile is the driest month. Best Western Sunrise Inn is a nice spot to get some rest, and Sunrise Dam is a picturesque place, definitely worth taking a look at. | |

This lake is one of the great places here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains.
All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the Mogollon Rim Mountains will keep you coming back time and again. If you come at the right time of year, Black
River - East Fork offers some fine whitewater; if you're here you can take a hike along the Sheep Crossing_Baldy Ninetyfour Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Sunrise Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise.
Dry warm beds await you at PVC at Roundhouse Resort, and Sunrise Park is a splendid local ski area.
Throughout the summer months at Sunrise Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down
into the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are generally in the 40's with temperatures at Sunrise Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
