This lake is one of the great places here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Sheep Crossing_Baldy Ninetyfour Trail, and a day on the slopes of Sunrise Park is just what you need. Beehive Spring is an inspiring place to pop by while here, and you're almost certainly addicted to lakes, Norton Reservoir is one of those close by. If you want a       splendid time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Mogollon Rim Mountains. Why not camp at Rosey Creek Campground while you're here at Sunnyside Reservoir, and probably you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Geneva Reservoir is just a very short distance away. If you came for an overnight stay Sheep Crossing Campground is a good place to camp, and PVC at Roundhouse Resort is a pleasant location to get some rest. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Sunnyside                  Reservoir. Summer night lows dip down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Sunnyside Reservoir. These mountains rock, just look at all the cool stuff to do in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. Sunnyside Dam is a place that is next to Sunnyside Reservoir, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Sunrise Inn is a nice choice. And if that's not sufficient, there's heaps more to do near Sunnyside Reservoir. The view of picturesque Big Cienega Mountain near Sunnyside Reservoir is magnificent, and drift down the rapids of Black River - East Fork in a kayak. Sunnyside Reservoir is a good site of common precipitation; July is the wettest month with most rain while June is commonly the driest month.
