Go to Stoneman Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Very delightful water scenery is available at Weir Number Eight near Stoneman Lake, and nearby you locate the Apache Maid Trail which is a good hiking trail. A splendid nearby hotel is Las Posadas of Sedona; Sunrise Resorts is a nice campground nearby. Put some time aside to spend at Bill Back Spring while you're here at Stoneman Lake; going for a hike on the Bell Trail is always a fine adventure. This

| | lake is so wonderful. Lakes are pleasant; Fulton Canyon is a lake that's next to Stoneman Lake; you obtain a glorious vista of Lake Mountain from here. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Stoneman Lake. After a long day outdoors Kokopelli Inn is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two, and you can go for a hike on the Long Canyon Trail. in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Stoneman Lake. The annual rain here at Stoneman Lake is about average;
the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Stoneman Lake, you'll hit upon Andys Pothole which is a pretty lake. Stay the night at Happy Jack Lodge and RV Center, and get dripping wet paddling on Wet Beaver Creek.
