Rodeway Inn Kanab is a tremendous place to get some rest, and the sights at Pipe Spring National Monument will blow your mind. It is very dried out here at Stock Pond mostly; August is the wettest month with most rain while June is mostly the driest month. Summertime highs at Stock Pond mostly tend to be in the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. Stock Pond is not the only place close by, Caanon Reservoir is a close by lake, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Shunesburg Mail Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
