This lake is so wonderful. On a wonderful day you acquire a sight of Flume Mountain from Scott Reservoir, and Sunrise Park is a very popular ski area close at hand. Throughout the summertime at Scott Reservoir temperatures are regularly in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are generally in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Scott Reservoir. This lake is so

| | wonderful. Near Scott Reservoir you locate a golf course called Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Clubs; there's always Scott Dam to check out in the vicinity of Scott Reservoir.

pretty dried out commonly; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and June is the month with the least moisture.
Having a wonderful time in the Mogollon Rim Mountains is easy. Adair Spring is always fun to check
out, and Petrified Forest National Park is a pleasant national park. Scott Reservoir is located in the Mogollon Rim Mountains.
A nice close by hotel is Bear Mountain Inn and Suites, and if you get bored of Scott Reservoir you
could also explore nearby Lake of the Woods. Scott Reservoir in fact is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. Visit Billy Creek while you're here at Scott Reservoir; Best Western Inn Of Pinetop is a nice location to get some rest.

I'm up here in the White mountains because I am from somewhere where it is to hot and muggy to go out of doors to exercise for months in the hot season. I am eager to go to see Jacques Marsh Wildlife Area. However, the directins to Jacques Marsh is not as easy to find. I remembered it being mentioned on a Pintail Lake website, so this is how I am trying to find out how to get there.... |
