Roper Lake is always a pleasure to visit. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Roper Lake. Take a side spree to Jacobson Creek; Marijilda Canyon is a nice spot to take a look at. Chiricahua National Monument is one of the destinations near Roper Lake that are fine to go to, and enjoy a round of golf at MT Graham Golf Course. Roper Lake is right by the Round the Mountain Trail, and Roper Lake is not far at all from Safford. For the duration of the warm months here at Roper Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 90's, and the nighttime is somewhat cooler of course, mostly in the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Roper Lake. Very splendid water scenery is available | |

at Roper Dam right next door to Roper Lake, and Roper Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Ivanho Mobile Home Park is a good local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Lady Bug Trail Three Hundred
Twenty Nine is splendid fun. There's so much to do here at Roper Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Tower Mobile Park is a brilliant place for that. After a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites is a great place to spend
a night or two, and do take a hike on the Dutch Henry Two hundred ninety seven Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Safford Days Inn is a great place to get some rest.
