A brilliant place near Rogers Reservoir is Mud Hollow; dry warm beds await you at SpringHill Suites Thatcher. High temperatures at Rogers Reservoir during the days of summer are in the 90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 70's. Highs throughout the winter are typically in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Rogers Reservoir sink into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. | | and RV Park is a great local campground, and at Rogers Reservoir Dam near Rogers Reservoir there are some out of the ordinary things to see.
Going for a hike on the Shingle Mill Mesa Thirty Five Trail is always a wonderful adventure; Chatfield Pond is a great lake nearby. Visiting Chiricahua National Monument is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and close by you locate the Ash Creek Trail Three Hundred Seven which is a great hiking trail. This | |

lake is so wonderful. There are great sites to look at along the Round the Mountain Trail, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Safford here.
Just can't get enough of Rogers Reservoir. If you're a golfer then a tremendous nearby
course is MT Graham Golf Course, and a striking lake like Evans Pond is a perfect place to take a look at. It is very dry here at Rogers Reservoir mostly; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest
of the months is June. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn & Suites Thatcher is a delightful choice, and why not camp at Red Lamp Mobile Home Park while you're here at Rogers Reservoir.
