Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Road Pond; the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, generally in the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Road Pond. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. The panoramas at Zion National Park will blow your mind, and camping is available at Zion River Resort. Road Pond is not the       only place nearby, Snake Pond is a nearby lake, and after a long day outdoors Driftwood Lodge is a glorious place to spend a night or two. A delightful place to camp here at Road Pond is Zion Canyon Campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Honeymoon Pack Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Quality Inn & Suites is a tremendous choice, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Road Pond; Petrified Forest Trail is a                  fine local trail. Good hiking is available along the Honeymoon Trail; if you've had enough of Road Pond, Flattop Reservoir is close by.
